Soletraders & Partnerships

If you decide to trade as a Self Employed Sole Trader or Partnership, the following are services we provide in order to help you get set up with HMRC:

 

• Registration of individual as Self Employed (Form CWF1 completion includes relevant tax registrations)

• Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT) if required, there can be a voluntary registration which can be beneficial for some businesses even though the registration limits may not be reached.

• Registration of a PAYE Scheme if required (used to pay employees etc)

• Advice on how to set up your bookkeeping and determining the input that you may be able to give to

Limited Companies

If you decide to trade through a limited company, the following are services we provide in order to help you get set up with HMRC and other important bodies:

 

• Incorporation of a new limited company (includes all the documents required in order to set up a limited company bank account)

• Registration for corporation tax with HMRC

• Registration of a PAYE Scheme if required (used to pay employees etc)

• Registration for Value Added Tax (VAT) if required

• Registration of self assessment for directors.

Incorporation procedures

It normally takes a few working days to set up a brand new limited company. All that we require is photo ID & two proof of addresses for all Directors and Shareholders, a specified company name and details of the registered office address (We also provide registered office address facilities and mail forwarding services if required). If you register a new limited company with RUS Chartered Accountants, you will receive the following documents:

 

• Certificate of Incorporation

• Memorandum and Article of Association

• Resolutions

• Share Certificates

• Bank Reference Letter (confirming Shareholders and Directors), this is always required to set up a business bank account
